Crock Pot Pork Chops – WellPlated.com

How long to cook pork chops in the crock pot will vary based on your specific slow cooker, the thickness and fat content of your pork chops, and whether you are using bone-in or boneless chops:

  • Bone-In Pork Chops: Cook on LOW for 5 or 6 hours.
  • Boneless Pork Chops: Cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.

For your first batch, I recommend doing it on a day when you are home and can check on the chops more frequently. Unlike fattier cuts of beef or pork (like Crockpot Ribs or Slow Cooker Pulled Pork), you can’t leave pork chops to cook all day.

Consider this recipe a starting point and not concrete law.
